Qualifications:
I am a qualified Level 5 Specialist Dyslexia Teacher with over ten years of experience in education, providing learning support to children and young people who think and learn differently.
I work one-to-one with learners to build not only skills but also understanding. My focus is on helping each learner recognise how they learn best and develop strategies that make learning feel clearer, more manageable, and more successful.
I am currently undertaking Level 7 specialist assessor training, further enhancing my ability to conduct dyslexia assessments and understand each learner’s profile to ensure that support is targeted and effective.
Many of the learners I support have experienced frustration or a loss of confidence. Through structured, personalised teaching, I help them rebuild belief in their abilities and grow in independence, because confidence and understanding develop together.
Based in Surrey, I work with families and schools across Surrey and South West London, delivering specialist teaching in homes, schools, and clinical settings. Alongside my independent practice, I also support learners referred through the Helen Arkell Dyslexia Charity.

From September 2026, I’ll be offering full diagnostic assessments for children and young people.
